Neco Marine is a 5* PADI & National Geographic facility and is celebrating their 25th anniversary this December. We provide daily dive tours, boat charters, fishing, kayaking, and snorkeling tours, as well as PADI courses and specialties.
Our state of the art Marina, includes a fuel dock, Drop off Bar and Grill, dive training pool, with restrooms and showers, dive retail shop and gear rinsing tanks.

Celebrating PALAU" to be released in December 2009. This book is filled with stunning images of the spectacular scenery and unique wildlife found in Palau. It is a must-have for anyone who has been to these islands, or is dreaming about going there. It also celebrates a milestone anniversary for Palau's two most successful tourism businesses. Palau Pacific Resort and Neco Marine, after 25 years, still continue to set the standard for high-end tourism in Palau. 25 years Palau resident and author of five books on these islands, Dutch wildlife photographer Mandy Thijssen Etpison here shares some of her favorite experiences with hundreds of new, never before published photographs of Palau.

Neco Marine's owner Shallum Etpison holds the current record for largest Marlin, see photo 560+lbs Black marlin. Every year the annual Palau Sports Fishing Derby featuring the Etpison Cup takes place at Neco Marine's Drop Off Bar & Grill, and the proceeds are donated to the Belau National Hospital.
Come check out the weekend catch on Sunday afternoons at our docks, or eat the freshest fish in town at the Drop-off Bar and Grill daily.

Known for good atmosphere, music and outdoor ocean setting, Drop off features the freshest fish in town. This is the only place in Palau when you can regularly eat the rare and delicious deep sea snappers locally called Sebus, caught by Neco Marine staff and owner. It is also known for the longest happy hour on island and great hamburgers and pizza. The beautiful deep-sea snappers locally called Sebus look like overgrown goldfish, and are caught below 600 feet, so are never seen in their natural habitat by divers. The meat is great for sashimi as well as grilled fish dishes. Come to Drop-off to meet other tourist divers, local ex-pats and politicians for stimulating conversation.
